Shipping

Domestic Shipments

  • Free Shipping: We offer free USPS First Class shipping on all domestic orders over $10.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. If you have an account with us, you can log in, view your order details, and directly track your shipment.
  • Address Corrections and Returns: If your shipment is returned to sender, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs. To resend items, please re-purchase them. Contact us immediately if you suspect an error with your order’s shipping address, so we can attempt to correct it with the courier.

International Shipments

  • Carriers: We ship international orders via USPS First-Class Mail International, UPS, or DHL.
  • Delivery Times: The average delivery time ranges from 2-4 weeks but may vary based on destination and local customs.
  • Customs and Duties: Nixon Thread Co. does not charge any customs fees. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon the package reaching your country, for which we are not responsible.
  • Liability: We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping courier.
