SHIPPING

Domestic Shipments

  • Free domestic shipping via USPS First Class on all orders $10+.  
  • Orders typically ship within 1 business day. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.  
  • You will receive an email when your order ships with your tracking information.
  • If you created an account at the time of purchase, you can log in to your account, click on your order number, and click on your tracking number to easily track your package.
  • Any shipments that are "returned to sender" will be refunded less the cost of shipping.  If you wish to have the items re-sent, you must re-purchase them.  If you suspect there is an error with your address on your order, please contact us immediately so we can try to adjust the address with the courier.

International Shipments

  • International orders ship via the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) First-Class Mail International, UPS or DHL.
  • Average delivery time is 2-4 weeks, but can be quicker or slower depending on the destination and/or local customs and postal service.
  • Nixon Thread Co. does not charge customs fees and is not responsible for reimbursement of any import duties and taxes which may be levied once the package reaches the destination country. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the shipping courier.
