Create your own unique patches with Nixon Thread Co.! Our NTC embroidered patches are fully customizable to bring your vision to life. Whether you have completed artwork or need help with modifications, we are here to assist.

How to Order Custom Patches

To get started with your custom patches, please follow these simple steps:

1. Email Your Details: Send an email to Sales@nixonthreadco.com with your artwork, desired dimensions, and quantity. Please use the subject line "Custom Patch Order Request".
2. Review Our Price Chart: Use the price chart provided below to estimate your order cost.
3. Receive Your Quote: We will review your submission and send you a personalized quote along with a link to complete your purchase.
4. Approve Your Mock-Up: Within 7 days of payment, you will receive a mock-up of your design for approval to ensure everything is perfect.
5. Production: Once approved, please allow up to 3 weeks for us to meticulously produce your patches.

Backing Options:

• Iron-On Backing: Included with all orders.
• Additional Options: Choose from heat-seal or hook and loop backings.
